Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Oasis Fans Club. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please read the information below.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please email us at shop@oasisfansclub.com within the 14-day period, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once you have notified us, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days.

Condition of Returned Items

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop, to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You may be held responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shop@oasisfansclub.com. Return shipping costs for valid claims under the legal guarantee will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s), including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout, where required by law.
Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or develops a fault, please contact us at shop@oasisfansclub.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and a description of the problem. We may also ask you to provide photographs to help us assess the issue.
Your statutory rights under the applicable legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products where an exception is provided by law, such as goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.
