Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at shop@oasisfansclub.com to arrange the process.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
