Conditions of sale

1. Agreement

Buyers must be over 18 years old and have full legal capacity. We will keep a record of this Agreement and dates of any changes made. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of this Agreement.

2. Registration

You are able to navigate through the Website without registration, however you may be required to complete the online registration process before placing an order.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, select the required item(s) and add them to your basket by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You can review your selected item(s) at any time by clicking on the "Basket" link. Once you have completed your shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
You must ensure that all information provided, including your delivery address, is accurate. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Each order constitutes a separate transaction and cannot be combined with other orders once submitted.
Your order represents an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance by us. Orders are accepted at our discretion, subject to availability, correct pricing, delivery destination, and payment authorization.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for that item. Any remaining items will still be processed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and British Pounds (GBP) and exclude delivery charges and any applicable customs or import duties.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed securely via SSL encryption using PayPal or credit/debit card.
If payment is not authorized, the order will be automatically cancelled.

5. Acceptance of your Order

A contract is formed only when payment has been successfully processed and we have sent you a confirmation email.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified.

6. Delivery, Risk and Ownership

All items will be delivered to the address specified in your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations not supported by our shipping partners.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided only if a tracked shipping method has been selected.
If you choose an untracked shipping option, we will not be able to provide updates once the parcel has been dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For more details, please refer to our FAQ section.
All risk in the items (including loss or damage) passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

7. Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g. incorrect address, unclaimed shipment), we will contact you.
We may refund the value of the items, excluding delivery costs, or offer re-shipment at your expense.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@oasisfansclub.com.
We may request photographic evidence of the issue.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by email at info@oasisfansclub.com.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom or personalised items
- sealed items which are not suitable for return once opened (where applicable)

10. Access to the Website and Content

We may update or modify the Website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for external links or third-party content.

11. Liability

We will use reasonable care in fulfilling orders. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. E-Mail, Username and Password

You must provide a valid email address and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
