All the parcels are shipped from Italy. We can't guarantee fixed delivery times, delays are not depending by us.
Europe delivery aim: 4-9 working days.
UK delivery aim: 5-10 working days.
Rest of the World delivery aim: 10-15 working days.


Delivery costs are updated during checkout, depending on weight, dimensions and location (country). We offer FREE DELIVERY by Express Courier for orders more than 110 EUR (Europe) or 99 GBP (UK).


Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days after delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please visit our Refund and Returns page for all details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To do so, please notify our Customer Service team on
Any return carried out (other than for faulty items or items delivered incorrectly by us) will be at your own expense and delivery risk.


The fans club has been in existence since early 1996 and we still provide printed magazines, merchandising, members only deals, exhibitions, events and more.
