Oasis have sent fans into detective mode after sharing a cryptic new teaser packed with Scottish references and a series of hidden numbers that appear to reveal the coordinates of Celtic Park in Glasgow.
The short video, posted on 3 September 2026, shows two young boys inside what appears to be a traditional Scottish chip shop. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary scene — but Oasis fans quickly began examining every detail. And there is plenty to find.
The numbers lead to Celtic Park
The biggest clue appears to be hidden in a series of numbers visible throughout the video.
A sign advertising a “Family chippy bundle” shows the unusual price of £55.84, while other numbers can be spotted around the shop:
- 55.84
- 98 92
- -4
- 2.05
- 638
When pieced together, fans have interpreted them as the GPS coordinates:
55.849892, -4.205638
— pointing directly to the area of Celtic Park in Glasgow. The discovery quickly spread among Oasis fans online, with several outlets reporting the same interpretation of the clues.
Scottish clues everywhere
The numbers are not the only hints.
The fridge in the chip shop is stocked with Irn-Bru, Scotland’s most famous soft drink, while one of the boys appears to take a Mars bar to the counter.
Next to him is a sign reading: “We batter anything”. A possible reference to the famous Scottish deep-fried Mars bar.
Another sign in the background reads “Keep the fridge at -4”, adding yet another number to the puzzle — and, of course, raising the question of why a fridge would supposedly be kept at such a temperature.
Robert Carlyle and “Little By Little”
There is another particularly interesting Scottish connection hidden in plain sight.
Playing on the television in the chip shop is the Oasis video for “Little By Little”.
The video famously stars Robert Carlyle, the Glasgow-born Scottish actor who played the lead role in the original promotional video for the 2002 single.
It is another detail that makes the Scottish — and more specifically Glasgow — setting of the teaser difficult to ignore.
A message from Oasis? 👀
Oasis have not explained the meaning of the video, and no Celtic Park dates have been officially announced at the time of writing.
But with Scottish references appearing throughout the clip and the numbers seemingly forming coordinates leading to Glasgow’s Celtic Park, fans believe the teaser could be the strongest hint yet about what might be coming next.
The band’s social media post offered little explanation, adding only to the mystery.
