Noel Gallagher has commented on his recent inclusion in the Sunday Times Rich List, while also revealing that he has not yet seen the upcoming Oasis documentary.
Speaking during an interview on BBC Radio 5 Live on Friday, May 15, Gallagher addressed both the highly anticipated film about the Oasis reunion and his appearance alongside his brother Liam in the annual wealth ranking.
With his usual dry humour, Gallagher admitted he was more amused by the Rich List news than anything else. “I’m more excited about being in the Rich List this morning, I’ll tell you that,” he joked, also suggesting he might need to check with his accountant after seeing the figures, implying he did not fully recognise the estimated wealth attributed to him.
When asked about the upcoming Oasis documentary, which will document the band’s long-awaited reunion and upcoming tour, Gallagher was equally straightforward. He revealed that neither he nor Liam Gallagher have seen the final version yet, explaining that the project is still being finalised before any private screening takes place.
