Oasis have released a third teaser — and once again, it looks like the band are leaving a trail of clues for fans to decipher.
This time, all signs appear to point towards Munich, Germany.
The teaser opens with a group of young people fooling around outdoors, including a playful mock fight. While the scene is clearly light-hearted, it could be another deliberate reference to Oasis history — specifically the infamous 2002 incident in Munich, when Liam Gallagher was involved in a fight and lost two of his front teeth. The incident became one of the most widely reported episodes surrounding the band at the time.
But the clues don’t stop there.
Inside a classic Volkswagen Golf Mk2, recognisable from its distinctive angular dashboard and interior, a radio can be heard playing. The announcer is speaking in German — and, more importantly, announces an Oasis concert in Munich on 19 November 1997.
That date is particularly significant. Oasis played Munich during the Be Here Now era, making the radio broadcast a very specific historical reference rather than simply a generic German-language clue.
And then there is another detail that fans have already noticed.
A girl standing with her back to the camera is wearing a vintage jacket featuring blue and white — the colours traditionally associated with Bavaria. And the capital of Bavaria is, of course, Munich.
So, within a single teaser, we potentially have four separate clues:
- 🚗 A classic Volkswagen Golf Mk2
- 📻 A German-speaking radio announcer referencing Oasis in Munich on 19 November 1997
- 🥊 A possible visual nod to the 2002 Munich fight involving Liam Gallagher
- 🔵⚪ Blue and white Bavarian colours, pointing towards Munich
Individually, each detail could perhaps be dismissed as coincidence. Taken together, however, they make a rather compelling case.
Could Munich be one of the locations being teased for the next Oasis dates?
Nothing has been officially confirmed yet, but if the previous teasers are anything to go by, Oasis clearly want their fans to look closely.
And this time, the clues seem to be pointing firmly towards Munich (Germany)
